Disordered Eating

I help those who are tired of the compulsive thoughts about food, exercise, and their physical appearance, decrease the noise of those thoughts and find a peace within themselves that is louder than the noise of diet culture.

If you are suffering from a hyper-fixation on food and body image, you are flat out exhausted. You have tried all kinds of diets and exercises to shrink your body, but all of your striving has made you feel even worse about yourself, and you are left wondering, where does it end?

When did you first realize that there might be something wrong with your body image? Was it when you cried in the clothing store after trying on new clothes? Was it when you snapped at a friend or loved one because you were hungry and yet weren’t allowing yourself to eat? Perhaps it was when you went on a run despite feeling completely exhausted (if you have wondered whether you have exercise dependency, click here).

In the midst of your exhaustion, you are also incredibly anxious. Perhaps the only time your anxiety is not high is during or after a workout. It is all starting to feel like too much -the meal planning, the calorie counting, the endless workouts. If you are here, you’ve realized that all you desire is peace and rest.

You are tired of moving the line of success just a little further. You are tired of pushing people away in order to go on another workout or be able to eat food that feel “safe” at home.

You are ready to change your relationship with your body today.

If this sounds like you, book an appointment with me today!

You deserve to believe that your worth and value as a human being does not lie in what you look like but who you are.

If you want to find out who you are (outside of diet culture) and re-discover your passion for life, I would love to go on this journey with you.
